I marinated beef strips in Last Dab XPerience Hot Sauce for hot Beef Jerky

okay, I'm writing this after I've recorded and finished eating. more of the spice is here in that amazing wavy feeling pepper X gives. and all the flavor is on the tongue afterward, which is good. I still could not recommend using Last Dab XPerience, as a beef jerky marinade, as it does not Penetrate the meat as well as you'd want, and a LOT of the spiciness gets taken away in the dehydrating process. you're still welcome to try if you want, but you're better off making a basic l jerky and putting the Xperience sauce on a fully prepped piece of jerky. or better yet, taking on a hot wing challenge. still, great flavor, overall, and simple.
